Hi everyone, I'm facing some issues with my PC and don't know how to resolve them. Yesterday I attempted a reset, but at 99% the screen went black without any cursor. After turning it off and trying again, the same problem occurred. I considered using safe mode, but whenever I entered it, the black screen appeared. I tried forcing a safe boot in Windows by typing a specific command in the cmd, which now causes the issue every time I start the PC. Someone, could you help me fix this?
