When I entered 'list disk', only my USB device appeared as disk 0. Before that, I simply typed 'clean disk 0' without any additional commands. Now I'm unable to use the Windows boot manager to create a new disk or set up a new one with DiskPart for Windows 11.

why were you cleaning the drive?
does the drive appear in the bios? if yes, verify if it's configured for RAID—it shouldn't be, but that might explain why it isn't showing.
windows can't erase drives, so the issue could lie with the drive itself.
what are the specifications of the pc?

all clean should simply erase the drive, though it doesn't actually remove it in that way. it remains present if you perform a list disk. Have you restarted the PC after the operation? It could cause it to reappear.

I have rebooted several times but couldn't locate the drive for installation. When using DiskPart, it displayed only the USB drive as disk 0 and no others.

I'm having trouble accessing the UEFI BIOS without using the USB with the window boot manager. This laptop has a 256GB NVMe storage and 8GB of RAM. I don't know if it supports RAID. The Intel VMD controller is active. Recently, I turned off the VMD controller and the drive appeared in the Windows Manager, and I'm currently installing Windows.
