I performed a new Windows 8 setup on a prebuilt HP system and upgraded it, but the disk usage remains consistently at 100%. Turning off bits and Windows Update didn't resolve the problem.

It seemed the Wi-Fi drivers were causing issues. Update them and turn on the related services again.

What is the hard drive? If you have Chrome installed, consider removing it.

It seems like you're offering it without any windows, maybe because the installation was damaged. I guess I'm being too lazy since the setup got corrupted.
