Hey there! I noticed you bought LA Noire and are excited about it. I see you're facing some issues with performance settings. Let me check what's going on. It looks like you're running the game at maximum settings with a high resolution of 1920x1080x60, but you're seeing only 30 fps instead of the 60 fps you selected. The game doesn't have a V-Sync option, so it's likely locked at 30 fps by default. That might explain why you can't adjust the frame rate. If you want smoother performance, you could try disabling V-Sync manually or adjusting your settings to match the resolution and desired frame rate. Let me know if you need more details!

Can the system handle the game at its highest possible frame rate, and would reducing the graphics settings help?

It should work perfectly since it meets the requirements for launching GTA V upon release. The system includes an Intel i5 4690K at 4.4GHz, 16GB RAM, 186MHz memory, and a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming card clocked at 1555Mhz.

They had to set it at 30 for the system to function properly, especially on the PS3 and 360.

They addressed the lock issue, but offering a 30fps playback option seems unnecessary.

It might seem like a fake 60 frames per second, but few actually check it closely.
