Ruckus operates at a higher tier even with WiFi 5 (WiFi 2) versus U6+'s WiFi 6. The entire 3000sqft space could span multiple levels or just one. You might achieve better coverage using several access points, but you likely won't need as many Ruckus APs. Decide on one option and test it. Construction details, interference sources, and other factors differ per home and can influence WiFi performance.
