Nope is limited to a single PC. Activation for Windows 8 occurs through KMS, meaning the license must be added to a Windows server and checked periodically—every 180 days it confirms availability.

Not simultaneously. Each Windows key (except Enterprise keys) works on just one PC at once. You can turn it off and transfer it to another PC, but you’ll need a separate key for each setup on a different machine.
