You might be able to modify your router's assigned IP range to a different one, such as 10.0.1.0/24, depending on your device and router settings.

Only one of them should use the same subnet address.

The second device is my router that I test and work with for various projects, yet it lacks internet access. The first one is my router that I rely on for internet connectivity. Perhaps the second one should be checked first.

I also think the second option lacks certain capabilities.

Access your router's setup at http://192.168.1.1. The password is randomly assigned and should be noted on the router's bottom. Navigate to IPv4 settings under Network > LAN Settings. Update these details: IPv4 Address - 10.0.0.1, DHCP Start IP Address - 10.0.0.2, DHCP End IP Address - 10.0.0.254
