I'm switching my setup from the Cooler Master MasterBox MB320L to the Corsair 4000d Airflow. I didn't realize it has a USB Type C port. My motherboard is an MSI Bazooka Max WiFi, which lacks a Type C header. I've noticed adapters that convert male USB 3.0 headers into Type C, but my board only has one of those. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Probably either you 1. don't use the front USB-C port (due to nothing to plug the cable into). 2. Find a USB2 9pin to USB-C 20pin adapter (Don't really have any point to do this, all you get is a USB2 with C port) 3. Find a good USB-C PCI-E Card that has internal 20pin on it. (Like in the pic)
