Hello, your new laptop comes with an i7 9750h and GTX 1650, but it makes quite a lot of noise. When you run intensive tasks, people suggest undervolting (UV) to help the CPU cool better and boost performance. You wonder if it’s okay to do this on a brand-new machine, since manufacturers usually include such settings. If UV doesn’t have downsides, why don’t they add it during the factory build?
