I tested without the side and top panels for the last few hours. It seems like that might not be the problem. After fixing other issues, I’ll try it with a top intake. Where should the remaining fans be directed?

Consider setting the clock speed to 5.5GHz P/4.5GHz E. The 1.4V LLC7 should suffice to get Cinebench running, likely because the system is attempting to exceed its default performance limits. I haven't seen a 13900K that struggled so much.

I'm noticing these problems more often. A slightly too-tight PSU cable might be a factor, but it could also cause other issues. Do you think this is related to the problem?

Attempted it, but it still crashes at 1.4V LLC 7. At least I believe I followed your instructions—adjusted P/E Ratio to 55/43 and set the ratio limits accordingly.

This would introduce further complications, beyond just the undervolt issue. It's quite complex. These problems aren't directly linked, but they’re likely connected to the CPU performance. The 13th generation memory controller can handle high memory speeds, yet it often requires extensive adjustments to function properly at those rates. DDR5 6000 is generally the stable upper limit without much fuss, and with adjustments that should reach around 6400-6600, possibly even higher if conditions are right. My 13700K and Unify-X, for example, need a specific VDD2 setting of 1.65V to run reliably at over 6800MT/s on dual 16GB DIMMs. Otherwise, memory stress tests will fail. Your configuration probably needs fine-tuning of VDD2, CPU VDDQ, and System Agent voltages to achieve stability. The reason it’s stuck in QVL but not functioning is that most motherboard makers pair their memory modules with a premium CPU, making the issue less common unless your chip lacks a solid memory controller. It’s partly why I avoid suggesting QVL changes—it’s not very helpful in this case. It’s odd how bad it is. Could you consider reverting to an older BIOS version? There might be a bug in your current release. I’m running low on options unless you can clarify further.

It matches what I’ve noticed before. Thanks for clarifying. Yes, I went back two revisions, used the same settings (1.4V LLC 7), and experienced Cinebench crashes again. Appreciate the help. I’m done now—birds are already awake.
