It would be better to wait and complete the download first, as the time depends on your internet speed. Alternatively, if the system didn’t meet the requirements or the internet connection was incorrect, reinstalling the game might help. I downloaded it and played through without issues.
I faced the same issue too; waited until it was resolved, no issues. (But except for the crazy Avast thinking it was a virus, man)
