I don't know who you are asking but there is literally a brand called thinpatch but they are expensive. I got one for free by requesting it from the manufacturer as a trial of their Patchsee cable , which has a little light pipe on the end you can shine an LED down to identify which cable it is at the other end.

I also opted for inexpensive flat cables, though none of my runs are very long and it's just a home setup, so it isn't mission essential.

I have already ordered the kit from that website to try it out myself. I use it for my clients, and I found the shin cables look great in the rack while providing a clearer view.
