Samsung B-Die is no longer being made. It performs well, typically kits at 3200MHz CL14 are B-Die, though Micron E-Die offers similar or better results. Most Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz CL16 kits use E-Die. I own 4x16GB and successfully upgraded it to 3733MHz CL16.

The 3200 CL14 models are priced beyond what I can afford, but I appreciate the details. I’m not aiming to overclock my RAM.

I believed the RAM speed limit for a Ryzen 5 3600 was DDR4-3200. Can you confirm if DDR3600 works with this processor and the B450 Tomahawk max motherboard?
