I noticed you were only setting the RAM speed to 2666MHz in BIOS. After saving and exiting, your PC still shows 2666MHz in Task Manager. With a Gigabyte B450 M. DS3H, Intel i5 9400, and Corsair RGB 3200, it seems the motherboard isn’t supporting XMP profiles. Your CPU might not be able to run at 3200MHz, or you may need to adjust BIOS settings for higher speeds. Check your motherboard manual for compatibility details.
Activate the XMP profile and open Task Manager on the desktop.
