Hi, I noticed you've recently installed two more RAM modules and are facing problems. Before adding the new RAM, you configured it to run at 3200MHz. After installing the extra sticks, the system restarted to its default settings, and setting it back to 3200MHz caused a BSOD during startup. Your motherboard is an MSI Tomahawk B450, and your CPU is a Ryzen 5 2600X. The original RAM package you used was from Corsair, but you switched to an Adata model. So a few points to note: 1.) The Zen/Zen+ controller had some issues, especially with handling four sticks at once. Your processor might struggle to keep up. 2.) Combining RAM can be risky; it’s common to have mismatched memory chips that clash and won’t work properly together. Use a tool like Thaiphoon Burner to inspect the SPD data and identify which sticks belong to each set. 3.) Task Manager speed reports are unreliable. They often give incorrect readings—like claiming a CPU runs at 45GHz when it’s actually around 4.2GHz. For accurate info, try CPU or ZenTimings programs. CPU-Z usually shows half the real speed, which is normal.
