Discussing Metro Series Redux involves exploring its architecture and updates.
Hello everyone, I'm checking the Steam page for Metro series Redux and wondering about Metro Last Light. What changes are made to Metro Last Light when Metro 2033 gets updated to its engine? I notice all the DLCs include Last Light, but I already have the Season Pass they offered a while back. Is it even necessary to get Last Light Redux? Thanks!
I also wonder if the earlier matches (non-redux) will be taken out of the Steam store once Redux is released.
Starting with this approach seems really unappealing for PC sales. Now that we're past that, it looks like a console version is arriving alongside the PC release—Last Light is already unlocked, and the remastered edition on PC would mostly be extra content or minor tweaks (likely free as a patch). The 2033 update seems more worthwhile, offering big graphical upgrades and better performance compared to Last Light. I’d skip Last Light Redux and consider just the 2033 Redux instead. The twin pack appears to be a marketing bundle tied to the new console launch for these two titles.
