The situation involves lag issues that persist despite recent fixes. The maximum reported lag is 85 ms, but in-game performance remains at 240 FPS. It seems the problem started recently, even though everything worked before. My ISP confirmed there are no connectivity issues. Someone can assist with troubleshooting this persistent lag.
