Use MAS to launch a standard Windows install you receive from the Microsoft site. You can create a fresh copy on a new machine by converting an 8GB USB drive into a bootable Windows installer. This is possible via the Microsoft Media Creation Tool for Windows 11 available on the Microsoft website.

Thank you, but I made an error in what I wrote. It seems the boot key type is for Windows. That doesn’t affect my answer, but I just wanted to mention it.

Are you asking if it sets the windowz on its own after installation or if it requires a key during setup? You can skip that part. Or something different entirely—just clarify what you mean.
