I've been experiencing extreme lag spikes, often freezing for seconds after short gaming sessions. My setup includes a GTX 1070, an i5-6500 CPU, 8GB RAM, and a H1 motherboard with a PSU. I've tried downgrading to Windows 10, updating all drivers, setting Fortnite to low, and running games like Subnautica and Minecraft with heavy shaders. It's really frustrating. Any advice?

I'd monitor the CPU usage during gameplay. A quad-core setup isn't that demanding these days.
