If it requires collecting everything in a single session (such as the air superiority ribbon), you must obtain three 1.5g ribbons and eliminate three vehicles within that session. Otherwise, you should have the flexibility to complete it at your own pace. @Aytex, are you correct about this?

It depends on how your unlock status is handled—whether you keep it active even after quitting a match or reset it when you stop playing.
