The updated version of Xen isn't available yet. You can start the game from Black Mesa Inbound to Lambda Core [21]. The final scene occurs when you enter the portal to Xen [22]. The project will be fully released later, but it's not expected soon [23], while work on Xen continues and a completion date is anticipated [24].
The final release is still pending; I should know when it drops.
