Discuss the issue with 1080 ti fans

Hello everyone, I just built a computer with a GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, 16 GB RAM, and an i5-10400f processor. There is no operating system installed yet, only the BIOS. When I power on the machine, the fans on the graphics card start working, but after about two minutes they stop. I don’t know what to do. Please help me (sorry for my bad English).

The gtx 10809ti graphics card seems unrelated to overheating issues, possibly operating efficiently without needing cooling.

The graphics card isn't showing up in the BIOS settings. I only see the CPU and RAM details.

I plan to install Windows soon. Perhaps then it will function properly.

many GTX 1080 Ti models, particularly those featuring "fan stop" or "zero RPM" options, can halt the fans once the GPU reaches a specific low temperature.
