Using Nvidia profile inspector can help achieve excellent anti-aliasing effects in games with poor anti-aliasing. A suggestion was made to apply SMAA in GTA V to eliminate jaggies, as MSAA with 4x still provides limited improvement even with Anisotropic Filtering up to 16x. Please find instructions on how to use SMAA in GTA 5 via Nvidia profile inspector.

SMAA isn't available in NVIDIA Inspector. FXAA is, though.
EDIT: Since SMAA functions as a post-processing effect, a tool such as ReShade might be suitable.
