You need to contact your fiber ISP about your double-nat setup and the hidden proxy IP changes. You were already familiar with the NAT problem, but you didn’t realize the proxy issue until recently. Some websites and cloud services are becoming increasingly troublesome.

They appear to be relatively recent entries. Verify your public IP address; if it falls within the 100.64.0.0/10 range, it suggests cgNAT is in use. You might request a public IPv4 address from them, though they may not have enough to comply. A genuine static IP is unlikely and could involve additional fees.

I experience a lot of cloud fire, please wait while I check if a real person requests half the time I use a website. Occasionally due to an incorrect IP, there are security issues with logins. My IP address usually comes from my own state or sometimes another part of the USA, like New York. Across the country, CDN networks can be helpful or I might face very poor speeds for streaming or file downloads. The ISP is using a public proxy system to.
