The setup doesn’t work properly right away, and I understand the problem isn’t the computer since it’s a recent Windows install on a solid machine. The changes in Creative Cloud are bothering me. Do you have a preferred tool for video editing?

It’s a simultaneous issue. You tap to download and set up in Creative Cloud, it works fine after installation, but the first launch fails.

Creative Cloud is set up properly, but when you try to download Premiere, it starts installing and downloading at once and then crashes after the 47th step.

There’s no error message displayed, which suggests it’s not a connectivity issue. If you lost internet briefly and the download stalled, it could be due to your ISP throttling your FTP traffic for high usage.
