I just swapped my GeForce RTX 3060 Ti for a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti on my Windows 11 machine. It's functioning perfectly, but the fans are always spinning fast no matter what I do. I used MSI Afterburner without any results, and the GPU temperature stays at 37°C even when idle. Any advice? Thanks.

Ignore it. The issue was with the power supply, which had a fan speed adjustment dial. I mistakenly set it to maximum during installation of the card.
