The issue began with Windows 10 and now occurs on Windows 11 on the same machine. The mouse pointer stutters and Explorer restarts unexpectedly. It seems software-related rather than hardware problems. To identify the cause, look for recent updates, driver changes, or system modifications. Check for conflicting applications, background processes, or recent installations that might interfere with normal operation.

I discovered the solution to this challenge by chance. A few weeks ago, I planned to improve my main display, using two identical Samsung U28E590D 28" 4K screens. I replaced them with a Samsung U32J59XUQ 32" 4K model. After the swap, the problem I faced disappeared. The concern was related to drivers in Windows 10 and 11, as I hadn’t experienced any issues before. Trying to install the new driver didn’t fix the matter, but it resolved the strange behavior. What an unusual fix!
