Hello. Since installing my PC a few days ago, I've experienced stuttering in most games. What might be behind this issue? I consistently achieve over 60 FPS and have v-sync enabled. I play at 1080p with 144Hz. *Details: -i5-8400 -Asus 1070 Strix OC -8GB DDR4-2666 (single slot) -1 TB SSD -650W 80+ Bronze PS*

*Performance data:*
- Rise of the Tomb Raider benchmark: Avg FPS 81, 1% low 7, 0.1% low 3
- RAM and VRAM usage exceeded 7GB
- GPU and CPU temperatures are excellent
- GPU utilization fluctuates but stays near full capacity
- CPU load ranges from 20% to 100%, mostly under 60%

*My testing attempts:*
- Overclocking the GPU
- Running antivirus in gaming mode, then disabling it
- Updating drivers
- Switching back to previous video driver
- Searching for memory leaks
- Disabling Razer Synapse
- Ending unnecessary processes
- Closing MSI Afterburner
- Activating privacy settings in Ultimate Windows Tweaker
- Removing GeForce Experience
- Turning off the game bar and shader cache
- Using GPU as a physical processor
- Running RAM diagnostics
- Executing commands to set dynamic stick and platform clock
- Changing settings via NVIDIA Control Panel
- Relocating RAM to another slot
- Inspecting all connections
- Limiting FPS to 60
- Enabling VSync
- Removing MSI and ASUS lighting software
- Deleting OneDrive

Could it be the single-slot RAM causing the problem? I suspect a hardware issue after all these adjustments.
