Whenever I stream games in discord there is no lag at all. However, when I start to stream a web browser it lags a lot. I've looked up a lot of things on the internet about this but I still just can't figure this out.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please share your system details:

For better understanding, also mention the age of your PSU, the OS version you're using, and the BIOS details. Knowing the games you plan to play or stream, as well as where you obtained them, would be helpful too.

My specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x
Motherboard: Gigabyte arouras X570 Elite Wifi
Ram: 32 Gb 3600 Mhz G skill
SSD/HDD: Samsung Evo 860 and Seagate Barracuda hard drive
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB VENTUS 3X OC Video Card
PSU: Corsair 650 Watt 80+ Gold
Chassis: NZXT H510 Elite
OS: Windows 10 Home
The power supply is a few weeks old since I just assembled this PC. The operating system version is the latest available. I've tried streaming games such as Devil May Cry 5 and The Witcher 3, and it functions well for both. The issue isn't related to streaming games but rather to streaming Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
I have gigabit internet with an ethernet connection.
