Discord isn't working on your Windows 11 PC, even though it's brand new.
i'm just getting started with all this, but i've uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. i also tried closing it directly in task manager and running it as admin, but i'm still having trouble. when i hover over it, an image and my account appear, but the process keeps failing every time.
You're suggesting a potential issue where something repeatedly fails, and one solution is to clear the Discord cache.
Ensure your drivers are current and Windows is installed. Missing .NET or C++ redistributable updates may lead to problems.
It's hard to pinpoint the issue, possibly due to memory errors or download problems. I've already cleared my cache.
Let me know your requirements so I can assist you better. Your specs will help me guide you accurately.
Have you installed any of the motherboard, chipset, audio, or LAN drivers yet? Regarding your graphics card, what drivers are installed? After you just finished setting up Windows 11, it’s time to let it automatically update, download, and install the necessary updates. This process might need a few attempts until everything is complete. The time required depends on the version of Windows 11 you used during installation – older versions typically need more updates. Providing details about your system hardware is helpful; include information such as CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and power supply, along with their manufacturers and models.
It appears you've already installed all the necessary drivers. A quick verification would be useful, though. Thank you for your patience and for offering assistance when needed.
