You were allowed to join initially because you had access to the required expansion pack, but now it seems the server has changed its requirements. Trying to log in or out didn't resolve the issue.

Perhaps upon joining, the game loaded a map you already owned, before switching to a DLC version you didn’t have access to.

Leasing servers may limit gameplay time, which is another issue with BF4, plus the annoying regulations.

I just updated the original content I created. Perhaps the server settings were adjusted to add the DLC maps that aren’t available yet.

It suggests the upcoming map was exclusive due to DLC, and since you're a premium player, I'd definitely recommend it.
