You adjust the volume using a button or wheel on your keyboard. You can also use shortcuts like winkey+tab to reach the controls. Your specific keyboard model might affect this—some have problems, like with the G510. In my experience, I don’t face these issues when playing in fullscreen with the volume wheel active.

Is the game running in windowed mode? I don’t experience that problem when it’s in full-screen. I rely on the keyboard volume keys and macro keys for the mouse volume.

I use a roller on my keyboard (G510) for volume control, and I also have macros set up on my mouse (Roccat Tyon) for volume adjustments. Both worked perfectly in GTA V, running in fullscreen mode. I noticed a warning about issues with the G510, which is good to hear since it isn’t just an isolated problem. I’ll need to take a break soon, so I’m sorry if this comes up now.

Because you have the keyboard linked, the previous post includes a solution, so check it out next time.
