For Instance, removing files from my app directory prompts for a password. Additionally, during a restart, I’m required to input my username and password. I have admin privileges.

On a Mac, you can't avoid password requests for passwords. Unix-like systems require confirmation for actions that are considered risky or involve modifying system files. You have to handle this. The same applies to Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, and Fedora.
