But if you aim to fully turn off HYPER-V then that involves a completely different strategy. It might need tools such as PowerShell, BCDEDIT, DISM, Command Prompt or Control Panel, or the Windows Features dialog, along with several other approaches and techniques.

I joined Windows features and couldn't locate the hyper V option to turn it off, and after searching on YouTube didn't find a solution.
