It seems the game is either extremely demanding or my internet speed is limited to 3.4MB/s with only 8% utilization. When playing on Steam, it took 20-35 minutes and now it's halfway done. As a newcomer, what should I focus on first? Which vehicles should I aim for to progress?

While playing a game it doesn't download, but when you're off it does. This setting can be adjusted in Steam.
