I enjoy playing Fortnite and other games frequently, however, Fortnite experiences frame rate drops upon initial loading. Once the game is running, it typically maintains a consistent 200fps; however, occasional stutters occur. Additionally, application loading is noticeably slow. I am seeking advice regarding potential hardware upgrades or troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues.

108°C is excessively high for CPU temperatures.

Check if the CPU fan on the cooler is running and whether the CPU cooler feels hot.
