Use Trust Task manager. NVIDIA might be experiencing a delay because they are a third-party provider and likely lack significant or early access to the system, probably.

The Nvidia information relies on the polling rate chosen for performance tracking, which could result in varying displays. It's possible they're analyzing usage per core or overall core count. If you have another monitor, you can run Task Manager there to compare percentages. I'd also like to see how the performance section appears in Task Manager. As mentioned before, Task Manager is probably a more reliable indicator. Also, since Nvidia hasn't provided clear documentation on this feature, it's impossible to determine their percentage from here.
