My system has an i5 11600k with an RTX 3070 and 16 GB RAM. While others see the GPU at 80% usage, on my machine the CPU outperforms the GPU during games.

It seems you're assuming you're reviewing various YouTube videos side by side, analyzing their systems and configurations.

It seems there was always something different in the video. The graphics card performed better than the CPU, and during gameplay the CPU handled more work than the GPU. Video stats show 30-40% CPU usage and 60-80% GPU usage on my PC, while on my own system it's 40-50% CPU and 20-30% GPU.

What game are you playing? What resolution and other options are set? Were you using identical settings as shown in the video? Did you keep the same memory settings, OS version, and drivers? The GPU usage around 20-30% means it's being CPU constrained. Likely you're running at a lower resolution. Consider raising the resolution and details to free up more processing power for the GPU.

benchmarks don't always reflect real-world performance. The silicone lottery exists too. My CPU actually runs faster in tests than it should based on those benchmarks... it's true! Around 60-80% means a bottleneck because not all cores are working at the same time. Yes, definitely.
