Differences in LinX data appear inconsistent.
I didn’t increase the processor speed, but I wanted to examine its performance stability. The recommendation was to run LinX, which handles math tasks on the CPU. Surprisingly, the results revealed inconsistencies in the numbers. Yet the test reported completion without errors. What does this indicate? Could there be an issue with the processor itself?
I'm discussing HWInfo because it helps track hardware information, even though the values may vary across devices like LinX.
Take it easy. Linx is two days ahead of dirt, and relies on outdated Linpack tools. Differences are expected since the data sets vary.
