The two SFP+ cables differ in PCB color—one red, one green—but share the same model number. There’s no indication they’re functionally different based on appearance alone. The bend and circular shapes don’t inherently affect performance unless the bending causes damage. Choose based on your preference or specific requirements rather than physical differences.

I don't understand the distinction you're referring to. One shows an image of a single cable. The other displays a picture of a container holding multiple cables.

Most Cisco components come from several suppliers or batches, which can lead to slight differences. They should still work well together. Avoid sharp bends in cables—they’re manageable since cables are fairly flexible.

I purchased the model with fewer twists due to variations in delivery schedules. The one described as "coiled" arrived earlier, while the other was scheduled for later, around January.

Great decision, it seems coax shouldn't be stretched too much, or it might damage the sheathing and core.

The turns they needed shouldn't pose a problem either; COAX is the real issue, not stranded copper.

These connections were designed with a specific bend radius in mind. The cables are likely damaged from bending, which has compromised their shielding and possibly affected the inner conductors.

Accept that they might have bent more than the cable specifications allowed, I question if those twists would have led to significant problems, and it seems likely they should be avoided to prevent complications.
