I have this file addressed to King Varian Wrynn at Stormwind Keep, though the quest asks you to hand it over to King Varian Wrynn who isn’t present. I’ve tried passing it to King Varian but can’t, so anyone have ideas on how to finish this mission? I’m certain I’m in the correct location. I don’t know much about WoW lore, but I’m pretty sure the story says King Varian Wrynn passed away in the Legion trailer and was replaced. I also checked several videos, but none covered this specific quest for the Legion.

Removing the quest and starting fresh. No bug reports found so far. It probably relates to the quest you're currently using.

Terminate the process, reset all settings, navigate to your WoW directory and clear the cache, then log back in and attempt again.
