Hello everyone, I'm planning to purchase a dictionary for German Sign Language. The system specs usually mention standard requirements like OS and RAM. But I've never heard of a German OS requirement or regional settings for such a tool. Does anyone know if there are any special conditions for Windows 10 systems when using German language resources? It seems odd that compatibility would depend on the language, especially since my machine isn't in German and I don't want to spend money just to confirm it doesn't work.

I've never encountered anything like this... It's unclear whether it will function, and purchasing it feels risky. According to what I know, it should work across different languages.

Yeah, I also never in my life heard of something like that... I suspect that either it's because of customer service (i.e. navigating around Windows) or due to some registration, which it requires. I asked them if I could just temporarily switch display language to German (thank you Windows 10 for finally adding that) and then go back, let's see what they say...
