The air cooler is functioning properly, but it might be installed upside down. The fan on the far right is obstructing the first RAM slot, though the manual suggests it's fine. The cooler model is NH9B SE2 and the motherboard is MSI H370 gaming plus. Cable organization is poor, but I'm not too bothered.

Occasionally, blocking RAM slots occur. Yes, they are installed properly.

It seems the installation is correct. The dimensions of contemporary coolers can restrict RAM ports. You might want to avoid taking out the fan. Was "DON'T" emphasized clearly enough?

Limiting RAM usage is acceptable if you ignore the RGB display. Otherwise, consider your options carefully before purchasing.

Is the case fan positioned to draw in air while the cooler fans push it?

It expels air from the compartment while front-side fans draw air in

Seems like everything else is in place, but I guess I don't have to decide.

I just looked into it since I’m not sure about the setup. The airflow seems to be coming from the fan, possibly because the blades are flipped.

It seems you're asking about how the fan operates and whether its blades can be reversed. You also mentioned looking up information on the Arctic website earlier. Let me help clarify that.
