I just purchased this system for $750 from the link you shared. It hasn't arrived yet, but I haven't found any cheaper alternatives, even if I bought the components locally. Am I correct in believing this was a good offer? My previous setup was an i7 4790k with a gtx 1080, which I had to retire after it stopped working. The graphics card will likely stay on my wife's computer, where she plays Sims. I might upgrade to the 3060ti and transfer it to hers later. The 1080 is starting to feel sluggish for some games she enjoys, like Planet Coaster 2.
It's odd, I'm being redirected to a site called share a sale that says the item isn't available. I managed to check and see the real link. I don't think it's an extremely low price, but when you look at things like warranty, support, and even the OTC price of the OS, it still seems reasonable.

My previous setup was an intel 11th gen machine for my wife, and after the M1 release I moved to a Mac mini, but I didn’t have a gaming PC until I got a Steam Deck. I’m planning to upgrade the graphics card in a few months. What would be a suitable choice for that build? I currently have two MSI 1440p monitors.

The PC arrived today. It works perfectly and the cable management is nice. All the parts were name brand. It has a Gigabyte motherboard, PSU, and GPU, plus a WD SSD. A nice thing to note is there are two 16 GB RAM sticks instead of one 16 GB. The only drawback is it's RGB and I can't find a way to turn it off. (Team group delta)
I'm feeling a bit disappointed. I didn't immediately realize the PC was having a problem shutting down. When I try to shut it down in Windows, the screen goes black as usual, but the CPU fan, case fans, PSU fans, and RGB on the RAM stay active. I've updated the BIOS, set default settings, and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows, but nothing resolved the issue. I contacted NZXT to get their perspective. I'll keep you posted if there are updates on their support regarding this problem.
The PC is returning for a full refund.
At first, when I began using it, I encountered "Driver Power State Failure" blue screens even though the system wasn’t shutting down.
The NZXT support team was helpful but couldn’t identify the faulty component.
I suspect the issue might be with the motherboard since the PC passed all tests—memory, hard drive, and GPU worked properly.
I contacted the support line three times over three days. On the third attempt, I requested a refund and they agreed.
This experience wasn’t ideal, but at least the company honored its return policy.
I think it's a good enough PC for the price to give another try with another model. Now you at least understand that the customer service is fair. I’d also mention that the CPU is more of a bottleneck than the GPU in this setup. It would be better to look for a 14700 or a 13700 on sale eventually, which would keep you ahead in the CPU area for years. The 3060 TI works similarly to the 4060 Ti, so spending a lot wouldn’t help much unless you really need an upgrade. I’d suggest using the 3060 Ti with your usual games and only consider upgrading if you feel it’s not up to the mark. The 3060 ti should also retain good resale value if you buy it before the new cards are released.
