It's not easy, but I've seen problems when power spikes or brownouts hit the same circuit (like UPS/PDU/surge protector/outlet) and cause weird stuff. Maybe try moving the router to a different outlet? Have you tried changing the router? Or can you plug right into the modem instead of the computer? Also, take the Gigabyte driver out and check if Windows 10 has a general one for it.

But you should still show me the output of ipconfig all. Maybe something is wrong with those numbers. Have you turned off IP6?
