My laptop doesn't have a "Power Saver" option, only "Balanced." Is it okay if I add a Power Saver template from a file found on the internet? I really need this to show up in my power settings so it works like normal. My old desktop used it and lowered the heat way more than anyone else did. Can you help me get this fixed for sure? This laptop has Windows 11 and an AMD processor.

you don't necessarily need to download anything from other places if it's already on your computer. Let's try a few methods first, like the one in that MakeUseOf link about restoring missing power plans for Windows 11.

I tried adding my reg file with CMD, and it said it worked fine. But I can't find it when I check power settings on Control Panel. Let's try your suggestion now! Also, are you sure that website is safe? It keeps showing up in the first search results.
