If a device driver is present, it could indicate a loss of functionality without causing BSODs. At this stage, I believe opening the case, removing dust, and reseating all components except the CPU—referencing the motherboard manual—would be wise. I’d also take out the CMOS battery for a short period.

I would consider treating it as a clean system, reinstalling W11 via the USB installer, downloading the graphics, motherboard, and Wi-Fi drivers from their manufacturers, and removing any pending drivers from Windows optional updates.

If that fails, I’d suspect a hardware issue and try swapping components to identify the faulty one.

I usually don't see that error unless there is something wrong with the PCIe power connector that is connected to the video card. Which a burnt pin can do that error. The connector usually gets warm too when its that issue.
The Kernel PNP error is usually a usb driver issue and Kernel-Power 41 is a power supply issue that I normally see a bad connector on the pcie video power.

Could it be that my 2070 super is becoming too powerful? I'll review the connections this evening.

It appears the bios update wasn't the issue, even though I made it the latest available version.
