I received Quantum Break for free via the Windows Store, but during the download my computer suddenly froze unexpectedly. After restarting, it seems to begin downloading again, though it remains stuck at 29GB remaining while the actual game size is around 40GB. At this point, what options do I have?

Have you attempted a restart, then checked the control panel for Quantam Break and removed it if found?
