I was working on my project and decided to use some aluminum in a three-transistor circuit. Should it be fine?

Which kind of transistors are you asking about?

Upon closer inspection, it's clear there are a few components, possibly a transistor, located near the chip.

To be sure, you should start it and check. It looks like it should work, though anything could happen.

They aren't transistors. Transistors come with three connections. Those could be resistors or capacitors. If they're connected incorrectly, it might cause an issue, but if they're just not touching, it's usually fine.
