It should indicate the card is correctly placed (sense pin 1). If not, there may be an issue with how the card is positioned in the slot.

I was attempting to remove the GPU since my computer wasn’t functioning properly, and I was taking everything out. When I tried to pull the GPU out, it didn’t come out easily—I had to push something down first. It seems I may have damaged the pins by applying too much force.
